Festivities
Our events are open to everyone—families, youth, and friends from all backgrounds.
Since 2015, NAYA has been actively organizing a wide range of cultural events and celebrations within the community. Each year, we host 5+ major events, bringing together over 200+ participants per event in recent years. These gatherings continue to grow, creating a vibrant and welcoming space for everyone.
One of our recent highlights was the 2083 Nepali New Year celebration, which was a huge success with 250+ attendees, filled with energy, culture, and community spirit.
The main intention behind these events is to unite the Nepali community, build trust, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for networking. At the same time, we aim to engage and empower Nepali youth—helping them connect with their roots, understand our traditions, and experience how our culture is celebrated.
Our annual events include major celebrations such as Dashain, Tihar, Nepali New Year, Summer Picnic, and community gatherings. In addition to cultural programs, we also organize fun and interactive events like our Summer Picnic, where participants enjoy sports, games, and social activities together.
All upcoming events and celebrations are published on our Events page—be sure to check it out so you don’t miss any updates.
To experience the moments we’ve created together, we encourage you to visit our Gallery page and explore photos from past events.
“Our events are open to everyone and are designed to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Beyond celebration, they help build a strong sense of belonging within the community. We encourage everyone to participate, volunteer, and be a part of this growing journey.” – NAYA’s President (2026-28)
